I offer to be alongside you as you take the time and space to express and explore your emotions in the calming and scenic surroundings of Nature. I provide Nature therapy Exeter through therapeutic walks on the outskirts of Exeter, a place of outstanding beauty with free parking. These Walk and Talk Sessions are charged at a set fee of £50 and last for 1 hour. Currently, I offer 2 locations: River Walk and Woodbury Common.
